Vineyard
All our wines come from our own vineyards integrated in the natural heritage in the municipalities of Alcanadre and Ausejo. Vineyards over 50 years old on very poor soils with gentle slopes, yielding less than 3,000 kilos.

Manual harvest. Spontaneous fermentation with our own yeasts and temperatures below 26º.
