All our wines come from our own vineyards integrated in the natural heritage in the municipalities of Alcanadre and Ausejo.

Harvested at their peak ripeness, the destemmed grapes are then vatted and subjected to cold pre-maceration. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature with gentle, continuous pumping overs that allow us to extract the elegant aromas characteristic of the grapes from this area.
