Vineyard
Momento is part of the Parcelas de Aradón collection. 18 hectares of vineyards spread across small, bush-trained plots, ranging in age from 35 to 100 years, located at altitudes of 450 to 550 meters.
Prepared by
Traditional winemaking with 100% destemming. Maceration with the skins for 18 days with continuous and gentle pumping over. Malolactic fermentation in a concrete tank.
