Origin: 4 small plots over 85 years old, cultivated in a bush-like manner, with calcareous clay soils and yields of less than 1800 kg per hectare.
Prepared by
Harvested in 18-kilogram boxes, it ferments in 500-liter extra-fine-grain French oak barrels. Two-thirds mature in barrels and one-third in concrete eggs.
