Who are we?
Centuries ago, high above a place called La Mesa, at an altitude of 550 meters, there stood a Roman villa called Aradón. Mysteriously, this villa disappeared over time, but its legacy was never lost. Its lands, once paved by Roman roads, are now covered by vineyards that have witnessed generations of hard work and passion for wine.
In 1957, the winegrowers of the village of Alcanadre decided to pay tribute to this mysterious place, giving its name to wines that reflect the soul and history of this land. Thus was born Bodegas Aradón, a winery that not only produces wines but also tells stories in every bottle.
The vineyards of Bodegas Aradón are living jewels of nature, some more than 90 years old. Here, the vines coexist with centuries-old almond and olive trees, under the influence of a Mediterranean climate with hints of the Atlantic. The clay-limestone soils and the altitude of our vineyards allow us to produce wines with elegance, balance, and complexity, capable of moving anyone who tastes them.
Bodegas Aradón is much more than wine; it is a project committed to keeping the economy of Alcanadre alive and preserving its essence. Here, viticulture is more than a tradition: it is a way of life passed down from generation to generation, an art that combines respect for the land with the innovation and expertise of our winegrowers.
Each of our wines tells a story: that of a legendary past, that of an exciting present, and that of a promising future. From reds with great depth and structure, elegant rosés, to fresh and expressive whites, each glass is a journey through time, a sip of history, tradition, and love for the land.
At Bodegas Aradón, we don't just make wine. We create experiences that connect with the soul and celebrate the pleasure of living.
